PWP again partners with Highland Fitness to help you prepare for our 5K run/walk on June 11th!  Whether a fitness "newbie" or a seasoned athlete, the experts at Highland Fitness have created a training series leading up to PWP'16 (June 11th) that'll have you ready to roll!

The 8-week virtual couch to 5K (vC25K) training series was created with you in mind.  The day-by-day tutorial provides all the details needed on how and when to begin training based on a schedule of your own choosing.
